The WhitPrint studio gallery will be showing a 46-year retrospective of the works of Elizabeth Brinton, who exhibited and taught throughout the Pacific Northwest. With a foundation in commercial screenprinting, her decades-long career produced art in all forms, with printmaking at its heart. “I make prints not as copies or reproductions at all,” she wrote. “I treat printmaking as an open ended and ongoing investigation into a hidden world.”
Opening reception: 4-9 pm, Friday, October 27th.
Gallery hours: Saturday and Sunday, Oct 28 & 29, 4-6 pm, and Wednesdays, Nov 1-22, 4-6 pm.
